1📌缺貨的商品什麼時候補貨？
本網賣的水晶手鏈或飾物，全是跟照片拍照的一樣，售賣了就沒有。您可以通過電子郵件, Whatsapp或WeChat 聯絡我們的客戶服務進行查詢, 我們樂意提供協助。
2📌付款方式有哪些？
網店接受Visa、萬事達卡、美國運通卡、銀聯信用卡、PayPal、PayMe、銀行轉帳等支付方式付款。所有貨品價格及付款均以港幣HKD計算。
3📌水晶手鏈 提供免費送貨嗎？
若訂單總額滿HK$1,000且送貨地址位於送貨地區內，我們則提供免費送貨。若訂單總額少於HK$1,000且送貨地址位於送貨地區內，我們將根據產品重量用順豐快遞運費收取費用。為避免疑問，我們不會接受任何於送貨地區外的送貨。
4📌澪·水晶 送貨到香港哪些地區？
我們會於電子郵件上列明送貨日期, 將所訂購貨品送往送貨地區內, 指香港內任何地點，但不包括離島、大嶼山、馬灣、東涌、愉景灣、需要特定許可證或牌照方可進出的限制範圍/區域以及我們可能不時酌情決定的其他地點。我們一般於平日星期一至星期六 (香港公眾假期除外)上午11時至下午6時送貨。為避免疑問，我們不會接受任何於送貨地區外的送貨。
5📌澪·水晶 運送到中國澳門或海外嗎？
我們目前只運送到全香港。 目前我們不向中國澳門、中國内地和海外發貨。

8💠When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
The crystal bracelets or accessories sold on this website are all the same as those in the photos, and will be gone once they are sold. You can contact our customer service via email, WhatsApp or WeChat for enquiries, we will be happy to assist you.
9💠What are the payment methods?
The online store accepts payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay credit card, PayPal, PayMe, and Bank transfer. All product prices and payments are calculated in Hong Kong dollars HKD.
10💠Does KACI Crystal offer free shipping?
If the order total exceeds HK$1,000 and the delivery address is within the delivery area, we provide free delivery. If the order total is less than HK$1,000 and the delivery address is within the delivery area, we will charge SF Express freight based on the weight of the product. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not accept any deliveries outside of our delivery area.
11💠What areas of Hong Kong does KACI Crystal deliver to?
We will specify the delivery date on the email and deliver the ordered products to the delivery area, which means any location in Hong Kong, but excluding the outlying islands, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, restricted areas/zones requiring specific permits or licenses for entry/exit, and such other locations as we may determine from time to time at our discretion. Deliveries are normally made between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays from Monday to Saturday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). To avoid doubt, we will not accept any delivery outside the delivery area.
12💠Does KACI Crystal ship to Macau, China or overseas?
We currently only ship to Hong Kong. We do not ship to Macau, Mainland China or overseas at the moment.
